Refund Policy

If we cancel:

If the conference is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel:
If you cancel your ticket for any reason up to a month prior to the conference, you will be refunded 75 percent of the cost of your ticket. If you cancel between 11 October to 4 November 2023, you will be refunded 50 percent of the cost of your ticket. Cancellations later than one week prior to the conference will not receive a refund.
